About Jason Bartz

Jason Bartz is President of NDC Commercial Real Estate and brings over 20 years of commercial real estate, brokerage, development, construction, and asset management experience to NDC-CRE. Jason also serves as President of NDC Asset Management and Vice President of Development for NDC Construction Company. Jason earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Florida State University. Jason is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker and a LEED Accredited Professional.

 

Jason oversees the daily operations of NDC Commercial Real Estate as well as Asset Management and a staff of over 300 employees located in six states: Florida, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, and Virginia. Jason has overseen the management of over 450,000 square feet of retail, professional, and medical office space has also brokered over $30,000,000 in sales and leases in professional/medical office buildings and vacant property in the Florida Region.
