As first-time home buyers, we were overwhelmed at the thought of beginning the process. Danielle had a lengthy conversation with us at the outset and gave us a general outline of what to expect. We received emails from her every morning and had discussions every day about what might be good to see. She was exceptionally flexible with our schedules, and often drove to Tampa twice per week to show houses. I cannot stress how responsive she was throughout this process. Sometimes needs dictated that we talk later in the evening, and she always made herself available to us. When negotiations got tricky and time was running short, Danielle was there to help us navigate the stress and keep us on track. I do not exaggerate saying we could not have done this without her.
